How can I know if a product is in stock?
The availability of each product is indicated on the item page. If a product is not available, it will appear as "Out of Stock" or similar. For inquiries about future availability, you can contact us directly.
Do you offer customization services or custom jewelry?
We do not currently do special orders, but you can send us an email with your request and we will do our best to help you.
What is the estimated shipping time and associated costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over 60€. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery time varies by location:
- Spain: estimated time 2-3 business days.
- Europe: estimated time 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our order tracking page to track the status of your shipment.
Can I pick up my order at a physical store?
We do not have physical stores. All orders are sent directly to the address you provide during the purchase process.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective piece of jewelry or one that does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at hola@inaianei.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning and replacing the product at no additional cost.
What is the return and exchange policy?
If you are not in love with your piece of jewellery, you can return it within the next 30 days (except for personalised jewellery, which cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect). To request a return, contact us at hola@inaianei.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
How can I apply a discount code to my purchase?
At checkout, you will see a field to enter your discount code. Enter the code and the amount will be automatically reduced. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and they cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing or installment payment options?
We do not currently offer financing or installment payment options. We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I care for and keep my jewelry in good condition?
To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, we recommend:
- Avoid contact with chemicals: Perfumes, creams or cleaning products can damage your jewelry.
- Store your jewelry separately: Use our boxes or bags to prevent them from scratching each other.
- Clean regularly: Use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry and maintain its shine.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards that you can purchase here . They are perfect for giving to your loved ones and allowing them to choose the jewelry they want.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter and promotions?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the subscription field located at the bottom of the page.
What do I do if I forgot my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and select "Forgot your password?". Follow the instructions to reset it. If you have any difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance.
How can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@inaianei.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
